Bharat Wakhlu is also the co-founder of the Foundation for Peace and Compassionate Leadership, as also of the firm, Resilient Leadership & Change Masters. The latter enables him and his team to provide leadership coaching, mentoring, and facilitation for conscious business, technology adoption, beneficial transformation and innovation.

Savita Bhan Wakhlu is the Managing Director of her company, Jagriti Communications, which focuses on individual and organizational learning and development. She is an engineer and a certified personal/executive coach from the New York University, New York. She is also a certified cross-cultural trainer and consultant from Berlitz, USA, and a certified EQ resource from the Forum of Emotional Intelligence Learning (FEIL), India. Savita has trained and coached senior and mid-level executives in India and the US. She is also a member of the Indian Society of Training and Development. 

As the Founder Director and Chief Mentor of Pragati Leadership Institute, Arun Wakhlu has been facilitating leadership development and organizational transformation for over 37 years. He is also a certified CXO coach, helping senior executives and entrepreneurs achieve their personal and professional goals.

Arun Wakhlu's approach is based on integrating spirituality with leadership, and creating a culture of learning and innovation. He has authored and co-authored books and papers on these topics, and delivered TEDx talks and keynote speeches. Arun has also initiated and supported various projects and movements that promote peace and compassion, such as the Indo-Pak People to People Dialogue, the One Wholesome World Conference, and Youth Collaborating for Compassion. He is passionate about co-creating organizations and projects that serve the well-being and evolution of all stakeholders.
